HOW TO ENTER: There is no charge or cost to register or enter. Complete all the information requested on the entry page. Entries must be received by Feb 28, 2013 23:02, Eastern Standard Time. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. You will receive one entry per email address that you sign up. If you refer someone to sign up, you will receive one additional entry per email address that signs up. We are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user’s ability to participate in or enter the Sweepstakes. We are not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior notice to us via e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by The Freebie Daily, in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity. DRAWING FOR WINNER: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about Mar 01, 2013 23:03 by The Freebie Daily, whose decision is final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email. If unable to contact a potential winner email, or if a potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 72 hours after its issuance or if any winner fails to comply with any of the Sweepstakes requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by the The Freebie Daily. Winners consent to the use of his or her name, likeness, and/or photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
